• Emergency towing services
• Roadside assistance

• Jump start services
• Tire change assistance
• Lockout services
• Fuel delivery

Service Availability

We operate Open 24/7, 365 days a year and strive to provide prompt service. However, service availability may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• High demand periods
• Equipment availability
• Safety considerations

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Pricing and Payment

Service Rates

Service rates are determined based on:

• Time of service (regular hours vs. after-hours)

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service

Customer Responsibilities

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

Neddy Transport & Towing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• The actual value of the service provided

Customer Liability

Customers are responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Any damage resulting from failure to follow instructions

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility:

• Storage fees apply after the first 24 hours
• Vehicles must be claimed within 30 days
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• Unclaimed vehicles may be disposed of according to local laws
• You are responsible for all storage and disposal costs

Cancellation Policy

• Services may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before our technician is dispatched
• A service charge may apply if cancelled after dispatch
• No-show fees may apply if you are not available at the agreed location
• We reserve the right to cancel service for safety or legal reasons

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neddy Transport & Towing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Acts of nature, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions or hidden damage

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:
